so with almost all the stuff her for my turbo setup i was just planning stuff out and coming up with an order to do this right and i rembered that i do not have intercooler charge piping, so i go to my bud at meineke and hes like dude f*ck using coldair and connecting straight pipes together with a bunch of couplers. He is going to bend 2.5 inch piping for me in the shop, for like 40 bucks . and then i rembered about exhaust. so to the point, parts and lobour they are going to make me all intercooler piping, 2.5 inch downpipe with flex sextion and catback with a nice muffler for 400 $.

Are you goign to make the intercooling piping with exhaust piping? Isnt that goign to be expensive? You should check out kteller i think he sells aluminum intake piping in madrel bent j's

most likely theyll be crush bends as well...that will definately kill some hp there...but it sounds like a good price

i dont think price can get any better on piping. but yea what they are gonna do is use madrel bent pipes and crush bend them to fit perfectly so it wont all be crush bent. id rather have some crush bending then ghetto fitting.

the pipes WILL be crush bent. i'm sure Meneike doesn't have the equipment for making mandrel-bent pipes. spend the extra $$$, and get mandrel pipes that are pre-bent / pre-shaped for your application. you'll want the air to flow smoothly as it can be.

shit i got a cold air intake and the rest of my pipes are crush bent exhaust piping. 2inch off turbo to out side of engine bay, then 2 1/2 inch from there to fmic inlet, 2 1/2 off out let to 3in ebay cold air piping. i also got 2 1/2 inch downpipe but had to buy a 2 1/2 inch mand, bent to go off turbo. everything together cost $160 for the piping. yah it's crush bent but all piping bends are smooth! and the size isn't reduced to much when bent. yah mand, aluminum bends are better but i couldn't be happier with my crush bent piping. plus side it was very cheap for all my piping!

yeah plus its all stainless steel piping. who ever said meineke crush bends is correct ! but they have some bends that are pre madrel bent such as U's, 45s and 90s so the will only have to be slightly modified to fit.

for me he will. i also didnt know that a good flex section was so expensive, becuase everything same just without flex is like a 80 $ cheaper but im not trying to break shit lol so its goin in there.

most exhaust piping is anodized so u don't have to worry about it rusting at least easily and for long periods of time, if ever. but any way will work its just how much u want to spend.

we'll see but i know meineke doesn't have or use ss piping. if so, it should look similar to this:

I don't know about meineke, but if you ask for ss piping, they'll give it to you for extra.
