For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

    What spark plugs for boost!??

What spark plugs are yall using for your boosted cb7? I did some research and am very unsure of the proper ones to use! Please include item #!

I ran ngk zr6f-11 and stock was zr5f-11(i think!)

i would stick with one step because unless your pushin over 20 lbs of boost i think it is you dont need to even mess with two step colder plugs. So inother words two step is jus basicly over kill from what i remember.

this has been sayed a thousand times but heres my suggestions.
On a mild up to 350hp motor i would run NGK BKR7E
from 350-450 hp i would run NGK R-....8's
            for 450-550..... NGK R-....9's.
I used to run the BKR7e's with a 75shot wet of nitrous. I also used them with my old 14b setup, and i used them with 12psi on my new setup. I currently run the 8 series now at 15psi and plan to run the 9 series for over 20psi...

These are superior plugs due to their short ground strap compared to a ZFR plug...
            12.5 at 114.6mph 15psi
            11.7 and 11.5 20.5psi
            F22a1
            60-1 td06h turbo
            Darton mid sleeves
            85.5 wiseco 8.8:1 forged pistons
            Crower pro billet rods
            Custom ported head.
            KMS valves
            F23 headgasket
            ARP H23 headstuds
            H23 upper intake manifold
            F22a6 lower intake manifold
            Intake manifold is gutted
            AEM EMS 1040u
            FIC 850cc injectors
            Walbro 255 pump
            H23 manual trans
            Prelude shifter assembly
            Forbidden short throw
Nitrous Express Kit installed, never used on this motor

Accords stock plugs -vs- MY cross refferenced iridium plugs!

              NGK: V-power spark plug

              Part#:ZFR5E-11

14mm, 3/4" reach, 5/8" hex, gasket seat, resistor, ISO length, projected extended tip, V-power (v-grooved center electrode), .044"gap

NGK's unique V-Power design directs the spark to the edge of the electrode where it develops more rapidly, this increases ignitability even in lean burn conditions. In addition the NGK V-Power plug has all the features of their traditional plugs including corrugated ribs, pure alumina silicate ceramic insulator for greater strength and better heat transfer, copper core and triple interior seal.

              And for boost!
              NGK: IX iridium

              Part#:BKR6EIX

14mm, 3/4" reach, 5/8" hex, gasket seat, ISO length, resistor, projected tip, fine wire (0.6mm) iridium center electrode, tapered cut ground electrode, 0.30 pre-gapped!

NGK iridium plugs represent the ultimate evolution of spark plug technology and performance. The iridium center electrode is both stronger and harder than platinum. This allows NGK engineers to design an ultra-fine (0.6mm)center electrode reducing the voltage requirement for spark. This allows for a brighter, stronger spark from your existing ignition system. The ground electrode has a tapered cut at the firing end which reduces quenching for better flame core growth and increased ignitability. The combination of fine wire center electrode and tapered cut ground will increase performance, improve acceleration, and fuel efficiency.

u get a gapper for 99 cents and then u hit the sparkplug against teh floor and the gap decreases lol, u measure it and repaet as needed.

Also I researched/ cross referenced the stock plugs and the best match (only exact match step colder) is the iridium I posted above and they are pregapped to .30! Ive bought them and checked the stock gap! IS goood!

it should be. and so is the rest. or tap(dont bang) against any surface that will decrease the gap. I like to use a nice sized rock to tap it. then use the gapping tool to gap.

i ran an 8 series iridium plug for a while. they were ok... not great... i had misfire issues above 17psi with their pregap. i tried to gap them smaller and ended up breaking an electrode...lol dont waste your money on them...
