Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

And i said (depending) on what the weakest link is. You can second guess what is the weakest link is inside the transmission who died and made you king. Unless you can see through transmissions and see whats going on in there like superman which i doubt. The only way to check is to open the damn thing up and see what went wrong inside there and which component fail. Sorry but nooone made you a technician go back to school and read up more on auto transmissions dude. cha-ching i think not
It's very annoying to see someone like yourself constantly act like they know what they're talking about, when they really DON'T. Sure, seals can be damaged by overheating, but that will certainly NOT be the cause of failure when an auto trans is overpowered!!! NEVER have I seen or heard of ANY tranny or transaxle fail, when overpowered beyond its general stock limitations, because of significant fluid loss due to seal failure at the hands of overheating. I'll bet you ANY amount of money that if we take any viable turbo setup, mate it with a STOCK F or H auto trans, and run it around, that the first thing to go will be one of the internal parts I mentioned above. NOT seals, and of course NOT the fucking torque converter either. A torque converter is a rather simple and inherently stout component and it also would be far from the first thing to be damaged by overpowering. It's just fucking common sense. Nobody can see through an engine block, but we all know that the most common points of failure in a stock F series engine under boost are the piston ring lands. Sure it probably runs hotter but who the fuck ever says that they blew their motor because it overheated, damaged a seal, all the oil leaked out, and it seized?! Or the crankshaft snapped!!?? NOBODY!

You say that you said "depending on what the weakest link is". Show me WHERE in your original post that that's what you said. All you said, clear as day, was:

Furthermore, who the fuck are YOU to try and say that I lack any kind of hands-on experience? I've kept it to myself for a long time, and wasn't gonna be a dick and say it just for the hell of it...but now that you've brought this bullshit up, it's time. I can NOT fucking believe that you would actually try and make shit up and play like you know what you're talking about, when you can't even fake it. Only an idiot would actually believe it. You're the one that actually thought a HOLE in Ms2.2Hoptie's idle screw was causing a problem at one time. This "hole" is a 6-point hexagonal set screw meant for use with an allen wrench. Furthermore, I know at least once you attempted an H22 swap on someone's car, FAILED to get it running, and left the guy without a car (while at the same time claiming to be the swap specialist...same day...bullshit). Deny this all you want, but I wouldn't make this shit up. That's NOT what I do.

Nobody knows everything...I sure don't...but pretending to know something when you don't is stupid as fuck.

I normally don't fling this much shit, but you fucking asked for it. CUT THE BULLSHIT.

    cha-ching for persistent dumbassery
