After driving around for a while today I poped the hood and found that the breather filter was smoking, not a whole lot, but enough for me to be concerned. Any ideas what is going on. I have a F22a1 with a catch can installed.

its not burning any oil that i know of and still runs fine. i did a comp test before i put the turbo on and it was on the money. each cylinder was within 3 psi of each other, so i find it hard to believe the ringlands are bad already, or maybe i'm just really hoping its not that.... i was hoping the catch can would help to save the ringlands.
like i said before its not really a bad smoking problem. i mean i have to get close to the breather filter to even notice it. i'll do a comp test and see what up.

I finally got around to checking the compression numbers today. They seemed consistent: 182 180 178 182. Compression numbers before the turbo were right around 185 so I'm not sure what is causing the smoking... there was a little bit of oil on a few oil the spark plugs but not much, just a drop or two. i haven't gotten new plugs yet since the ones i had were pretty much brand new, but they look pretty burnt out now. Guess I'll be getting new plugs this week. I know I need 2 step colder plugs, but does anyone have the specfic part number for NGK's.
