Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    meņo's turbo setup!!!!!!

    i'm finally boosting my F22, this is my setup:

    More pics on page 3
    14b turbo:


    450cc.


    DSM mani:


    BOV:


    FMIC:


    MLS head gasket:


    The piping, ECU, boost gauge and oil lines are on the way (i hope)!!!!

    I will change the timing belt, water pump and the head gasket on saturday (i will post pics).
    And as soon as i recieve the stuff i'm missing i will install the turbo.

                If your stock headgasket isn't bad don't bother changing it. The one you got there isn't any better than stock. Let me guess, F22Parts.com ripped you off?

                    Nope i got it on ebay, it's a Cometic gasket. And i will replace it because i don't like half ass jobs. And by the way it's better than OEM.

                          its really not that bad...its a BOV, all it does is let out excess pressure. you dondt need to spend $200 for a SSQ BOV

                            its looks like you repainted the exhuast housing on the turbo. is this true? did u have a hell of time getting the exhuast housing off? cuz i know i am lol.
