unfotunaltly the H23 roms are only raw dumps and cant be opened by by Uberdata or crome..the H23 (P14 ECU) uses a completely different method to read the fuel maps, instead of a "spreadsheet" like method it uses an indexing method. development of the P13 and P14 are comming closer and closer to being cracked. its only a matter of time. for now you can use an H22 map and just use the low cam settings or i also have a stock F22a1 map. its REALLY rich, but it could be a start.
