Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

14b vs 16g oil lines

    14b vs 16g oil lines

    As far as i understand, a 14b and 16g in essence are damn similar.... my question is if I get the stealthmode oil lines flanged for a 14b, would it work with a 16g?

    yup should works........ thats what i used on mine before

      The center section in an small 16g is virtually the same as in the 14b! It is a little larger, so if say you were to use a 16g guts for a 14b turbos center section, it would need some machining to fit the 16g wheel!! Another difference is the turbine wheel and center cap is mated for the 16g wheel! Also the 16g plate has a taper! What the H, here you go! http://www.vfaq.com/mods/Turbo-rebuild.html
