Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

that shit wont make ur car ne faster man, it wont even fit. and if u did, they still break. my friend had one on his car for literally 7 minutes when the turbine (fan??? compressor wheel i unno) snapped.

sucked metal into his intake mani. car blew up a day later.

    NO TRASH TURBOS!!!! go dsm!!!

if your boostin the f22 just get a big 16g turbo thats all and connect it to the dsm manifold those turboes are good up to 380whp if you need more than that than have fun having no traction above 300whp.

well if you cant afford a proper turbo remember you get what you pay for you buy a shit cheap turbo thats what you gonna get. You buy a turbo thats worth the price itll last longer. Pay to play pimp.

Shell out the money now, Make sure you are getting a quality part. Buy something that works first you buy something shitty you risk running repairs which will cost a lot more than that turbo.

Honestly you should just get the big evo3 16g and get the regular dsm manifold theres no need for an evo one since your gonna drill out the ports just to make the manifold fit anyway .

evo3 16g is a good choice, but i may have to part with mine soon.

stay away from ebay turbos. A friend of mine had one, and ended up losing his money within 300 miles

                    No traction over 300whp?

That's kinda funny, since I only experience torque steer if anything with my 300whp+ setup.

I know why I have the torque steer. I am saying because you break 300whp, doesn't mean you will have no traction.

and for the gas question, with turbo just play it safe and put in the highest grade at the pump. Depends on where you go, i usually put 93 in it.
