Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

    Fuel Injectors

I just found out my 525cc injectors aren't gonna cut it for 400whp, i kinda knew that anyway but its confirmed now. I need 750cc and im not sure if to go with Peak & Hold or with saturated, and also what brand, i hear RC is good. Also a question is are they gonna be plug and play? or am i gonna have to install a resistance box and screw around with cutting wires and what not?

    Thanks for any help

Get the peak and hold, those are the ones that use a resistor box. Our cars already have resistor boxes...

yes peak/hold. I ran RC injectors before, and i have i negative thing to say. They were they type that sprays the fuel in a stream. Yes this may be good for high rpm's but at idle it ran a little choppey...

I currently use Fuel Injector Clinic 850cc and love them. They are pretty cheap and have a nozzle on the end with numerous medium sized holes and spray very nice. My car idles around 900rpm with these with a 13.5:1 afr...

$280, so are RC injectors better for higher performance then? or just high revving motors?
