Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

my .02 man take your time and don't rush and get over anxious. thats why we end up with so many blown up motors cuz poeple try to take shortcuts.
but what you'll need for the turbo setup:
    turbo of course
    manifold
    downpipe
    wastegate
    blow off valve
    oil feed and return lines
bung welded into your oil pan for the oil return hose
    fittings for you feed lines
    intercooler
    intercooler piping
    couplers
    t-blot clamps
chipped ecu, piggy back computer, or standalone
    boost guage
    boost controller
turbo timer if your lazy like me
injectors(i would go no smaller than the dsm 450cc)
at the moment thats all i can think of
anyone feel free to add the list.
there's not really a cheap way of doing this, let me rephrase that a CHEAP AND RELIABLE WAY THAT WILL LAST. check out westcoast-turbo.com for rebuilt turbos to help you save alittle money

most common ad what i think it gonna be the easiest way for you is from the oil pressure sensor on the back of the block. i got mine from stealthmode performance, you can email them and they tell you what size you need for the turbo your using and all, and its all stainless steel and the lines and steel braided

thats actually a good pic for our size motors, pretty much anything smaller just becomes a hair dryer. And really the best way to see bigger numbers from runnign a fairly low amount of boost is too use a larger turbo. But yea T3s can be used but they are kinda unefficent for our size motors.

How do you even know what turbo it is?

Saying t3/t4 is just like saying Honda. There's most under the category than just Honda.

There t3/t4's that are just as small as 14b's.
