    turbo problem please help

i just finished installing the turbo setup a week ago then as soon as all the piping and exhaust was put on the car fired up right away. there was no smoke or leaks at the time. then i told my mechanic to leave the car on for a little time to burn of the paint on the manifold. later i went to go pick it up and it would not fire up. then after a couple tries it fired up. it sounded like crap maybe because it was running to rich, and smoke was coming out. the color looked blue which means if im correct oil burning. then i tried driving home and it was idealing fine, but everytime i came to a stop it would starve and sound crappy, and the the rpm would drop down and trun off. maybe im not getting enough fuel? bec i havent changed the fuel pump. then we checked on the outlet side where the j-pipe is bolted down there was oil present, and the turbo is brand new. (16g). my mechanic says it might be a seal but there wasn't oil going everywhere or no shaft play so i hope the bearings are ok. the supplier has not contacted me and im pissed that they wont replace it. i payed around 600 bucks for it too. any insight would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

    my setup: tdo5h 16g, 2g manifold, 450cc inj, po6, fmic, 2.5"pipng and dp

the turbo is probably blown. Oil might be collecting getting into the combustion chamber and clogging up the spark plug gap. Check your charges pipes and see if theres oil in there.

yes there was a little!!!! crap. the turbo was bought brand new with o miles and the company will not give me a contact number. my mechanic says it might be due to a seal on the turbo not being installed right during assembly.

                  In response to your PM

theres no way for me to know how bad it is, I've never even seen the car!
An oil restrictor may or may not help. It depends on how bad the turbo is again and i can't e-figure that out.

                      Make an oil restrictor yourself.
