Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    turbo exhaust

    what size exhaust are u all running? custom piping? test pipe? what kind of mufler? and post up sound clips also if you have any oh yeah let us know what kind of turbo and how much boost

            14b setup at 11psi. 2.5" downpipe, 2.25" catback. vids comming as soon as the cars done.

              I never realized so many boosted cars ran anything less than 3".

              So 2.5 should be good, with a 16g at 9 psi?

                      Yea it works. I would probably go 3 with a 16g thats just me. So if you want to go bigger you wont really have to worry about the exhaust. You goin normal 16g or the big 16g?

                            I don't know yet.

                            Since I'm going with the "Budget Boost Build", I'll take either one if the price is right. I would prefer the big 16g.

                              anything above 250whp, i'd go with no less than 3".
