Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

    H23 Intake Mani ???

    whats up peeps. ok i know there are like a million and one threads on this but i have like no luck and cant find any. ok i have a f22b2 motor in my 92 coupe. my plans are to boost the f22 then put everything onto the h23 swap. now im gettin a a6 head and puttin on the f22b block. now my question to u is can i put a h23 IM on the on the f22b2 head? i know it can fit on the f22a6 head. i want to get the Im first and run it then swap the head and boost. so hit me up please. need help

          no, you should swap to a f22a6 head and get the h23 mainfold.

            i figured. i cant find a head so looks like i can get the mani. my boy had one for me too for 50 bucks, injectors and all but i had to let it go. well i took out my old IM and its carbon heavan. lol is there anything i can use to clean it? any thing strong?

              there is a way to put the h23/f22 manifold on the f22b heads. you'll need to clearance the passeneger side of the manifold for the vtec solenoid and the fuel raill mounts are slightly different.

                yes but as cheep as you can get a f22a head, I wouldn't waste my time with the inferior f22b1 head.

                  tis true, have a shop rebuild the head and slap on your h23 or f22a6 manifold and call it a day.

                    im talkin about the h23 non vtec. so no soleniod fab needed.

                    i was talkin about the f22b2 head no vtec head. and i was thinkin about gettin the a6 head but i wanted to see if i could use the f22b2 head but im not doin either now. now my question to guys now is can i put the h23 (non vtec dohc) head on my f22b2 (non vtec sohc) block? i seen someone on here with it done but it was on a engine stand. so i wanted ot know can i do this cause i have a real good deal on one

                      i found a thread on the h23 non vtec head on the f22 block. WOW im doin it next week. hopefully it will come out good. heres the thread for it just in case u guys want to do it

                          hahaha. i know i thught i was too. lol. but i have totally made my mind up and im doin the h23 head swap. im goin to run that all motor for a while and hopefully boost it. i bought the h23 Intake mani today.
