Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

so ive looked around a little and cant determine the best IM setup!
Would it be the A6 runners and TB/Plenum?
Would it be the A6 runners and h23TB/Plunum?
Would it be H23 runners and A6TB/Plunum?
Would it be H23 runners and TB/Plunum?

Reason i ask is becuase im looking at buying the A6 TB/Plenum and H23 runners! just wondering if i would be better off going a different route! PEACE

H23 Plenum and A6 runners gives the best top end speed. If you want more low end then go ALL H23, runners and plenum.

Im with Kai on this one as well... Im running a6 runners/h23 tb & plenum along with two IAB spacers. Kinda defeats the purpose, essentially i have a h23 intake manifold. But i didnt have h23 runners at the time.

I seriously doubt there are any siginificant power differences between a6 and h23 runners.

The key here is, get h series throttle body and plenum.

I agree and the simplicity of just buying an entire H23 intake manifold with throttle body is much simpler. However, the reason the hybrid came about as a valid option is for those that already have an A6 intake manifold installed on their motor, leave the runners in and easier install.

egr ports are more easily serviceable.
