Hytech Header???

Ok guys i ordered my Hytech header in september,, and i still dont have it, I sent john the money and everything, i keep calling like 2 times a mo, i was wondering if anybody else has had this problem,,, do his headers really take this long to make?? they better be gold plated and come with a complimentary BJ fo almost a year,, thanks guys for any input

that definetly not right. waiting time is usually between 1-2 months. have you actually talked to someone?

when i spoke to john back in dec/04, he told me that 12 headers were being manufactured for a jan-feb/05 release...but 10 out of the 12 were paid for, so im guessin' you are one of the paid buyers. either a delay in manufacturing, or some type of misunderstanding; but did you pay in full? coz he was asking me for a $500 deposit at that time seemed like an honest person, but i'd keep calling till u get someone, or john himself.

yea i paid in full about a month ago,, is anybody here part of those 12, cuz i need 2 know, u know io pay 1g for a header i want that shiat,,, let me know guys cuz it tgrew down a lot for this

well i just called john today and i asked how the h22 headers were goin, and he said there not goin at all,,, so i dunno, he said also that hes not making anymore headers for the H after this, and that if i wanted my refund he understands,, so what should i do, ive already waited a long ass time, and i want my damn parts,, but i need a good header,,, what other choices are there??

There is the kteller Rage header check out his site, its like 700 dollars. im gona get it.

It's a shame that Hytech isn't going to make anymore headers for the H22
There are others around the same price range that do about as well... but Hytech was always of of my favs.

Let me know what you think of that rage header when you get it. a dyno from 2krpm on would also be sweet

they have a dyno on the kteller website, there is also a "mild" rage for like 5XX dollars...

right I remember that, but it isn't there anymore (as far as I can see). plus it'd be nice to see what a CB7 member can get out of it. remember he said he was using stock everything.

we were happy to show that no performance was lost in the mid range. Good amount of power was picked up from 3800 till redline. The Header picked up 8whp with no changes (no tuning) and that was with the car still using a "stock" exhaust. The car also had a stock air box.

it'd be nice to see some dynos of that with Intake and exhaust
