CF2 shocks?

I searched and found this:

and it went on to CB (4th gen,SM4), CD/CE (5th gen, SV4), then the CF/CG/CH (6th gen, S84, S86, S8x) then the CL/CM (7th gen, UA1), altho some letters overlap in generations (the CL1/2 was a 5th gen, having the S8x model code, has no relation to the CL7/CL9 and the CF2 was the SV4 H22a wagon

But is he sayin that the CF2 is a 5th gen chassis? Reason being is I got some old ohlins shocks and I wanted to use them on my car. However they say wagon on the springs so Im not sure if I can use them at all. Here's a couple picks of them.

Im pretty sure ALL 90-97 are the same.

I thought so too but are there applications specifically for a wagon or a non-wagon? Like I said the thing says wagon on it so Im a little leary

Are they springs? Do they fit the shock? 2 + 2 = 4

All 90-97 suspension parts are interchangeable. 98-07 are interchangeable. Nothing is interchangeable between these two groups.
