progress rear sway not going on - need help asap

Mechanic says it's not going on. Any trick to get this sucker onto the car?
It's there now and I'm leaving in an hour or two.

You are going to have to give us more to go on then "not going on."

So what exactly is it not doing? Its very simple. You drill holes for the brackets in the middle and the brackets for the endlinks just bolt on. There's not much to mess up
