    tein application.

ok im looking at a good deal for a set of used Tein Basic Dampers. I have a 91 wagon that i want to drop. The guy that is selling them had them for a 94-97 accord. Will they fit for my cb7?

yes they will fit. all accords 90-97 have the same suspension so they are all interchangeable with one another. that's why rear disc brakes from a 96 can fit a 92, for example. also some spring companies label their springs for accords 90-97. so when companies like tanabe make coilovers for accords 94-97, you can get them for they will fit the cb too.

im so sorry for the late post but do not get the 94 ones, tein has deisgned every single coiover specificaly for the vehicle its designed to be installed on, in terms of spring rates and dampening rates its different and is not made to be with our weight and weight ditribution, so do not buy them. Good luck

i just checked the Tein web site and i found out that the springrates for the 90-93 and 94-97 are the same.

          90-93 - front=6/336 rear= 5/280
          94-97 - front=6/336 rear= 5/280

http://www.tein.com/badamp.html - check out the site.
Also, the guy is takin a pic of the dampers and on the front ones under application it is labeled for accord 90-97
