    upper ball joints????

so i want to replace my upper ball joints on my wagon. but i see that honda

doesnt offer just the upper ball joint, so i would have to buy the whole

upper control arm. thats dumb. im not going to pay $300 for those so my

question is are the upper control arms on ebay any good? they go for about

$50 for the pair with the ball joints. or if anybody knows where i can get

better quality ones or just the ball joints please let me know.

and no i dont want a camber kit

i just put my third Autozone Upper C arm and they last like a year, but thats with the shity roads of the NE. Just go buy from Napa.I put a napa one on this girls CD5 and it look like the seal had a better design, the cheap ones work.

I dont think i've ever seen upper ball joints being sold separately. I have seen upper ball joint camber kits by themselves tho.
But not replacement upper ball joints.

Just get good quality arms off ebay...

TASauto.com sells complete upper arms for $59.95 each.

The ball joints are not intended to be pressed in and out (from what I've gathered), which is why Honda only carries the complete arm. The metal holding the ball joint is pretty thin if you've ever taken a close look, and pressing joints into and out of a weakened control arm wasn't a liability Honda wanted to risk.

Bolting in parts is easier than ball joint pressing anyway.

I remember i bought mines on ebay a little over a year ago and i haven't had any issues so far...
I found the seller i bought them from they were about $40 shipped or so, but i don't see the listed anymore so i would just message him to see what he says..

i would say buy the spc adjustables. i have them on my coupe with a 2 inch drop and theyre fine.
i hear they even made a lower profile design for people dropped more than 2.5 inches so it wont hit the fender well.
