    sTronger struts, or stiffer springs?

ok i have a 91 accord se, and my rims kinda poke out the the sides farther than most do....so if i let anyone ride in the back seat and when i go over a bump the car bounces and the outside of the car hits the wheel it makes me soo made because my car's tires are brand spanking new ......how can i fix this i tried spring spacers from autozone no luck my car is at factory height ..plzzzzzzzzzzz help

You need new struts , not stiffer springs.

Depends on the bump and how fast you are going. If it's your average bump then yes it will solve your problem.

On your case on a stock height , your tires rubs when bouncing so I suspect your struts are fully worn out as blown.

first off...rims that stick out are just wrong offset wheels.

and the bouncing condition are blown struts and their inability to dampen.

Struts are bad and your wheels the incorrect offset.

That's crazy that your rims scrub at stock height considering CB's have a good 3" or more of wheel gap. Anyways it could be a number of things your struts may be possibly blown, your springs could be sagging, etc.
