couple questions about using EF/DA UCA's

ok so i have a 1993 honda accord.. the front suspension components are pretty much shot since i got this car.. the upper control arms, upper balljoints (maybe lower also i dont know), upper anchor bushing things, tie rods..

and well im lowered and in the future im thinking about going with lower offset feels and cambering my wheels to tuck.. so anyway i tried to get my car aligned and with what i listed that was wrong with my car they didnt want to even touch the car.. so here are my questions

-i can use the skunk2 EF/DA control arms right? or even skunk2 style
-is there any difference between the EF or DA like maybe one is longer?
-i know that putting on EF/DA control arms on accords gives us negative camber but is there any way i can put on a camber correction anchor bolt kit plus s2 style EF/DA adjustable upper control arms? so i can be able to hopefully go back to stock camber?
-how long will my tires last with having an alignment but having EF DA adjustable s2 style upper control arms

and what i mean about the anchor camber correction is like the progress

like these anchor bolt alignment set thing: http://www.robearracing.com/pd_progr...0_96-98_fr.cfm

    thanks guys

Its seems like many people, including myself want to know if this will work, but no one wants to risk buying the control arms and them not working out.

They'll fit fine, no diff between ef/ da upper arms, the knuckle to both cars are are whats diff.

Yes you can use skunk2's camber kit, I have test fitted them. Running anchor bolts may not help with skunk2 upper arms, as is the upper arms come up real shport hince more neg. camber.

Your tires can last depending on your habit of driving, toe kills tires more then camber though.

DA and EF UCAs are very different from each other. the EF is more symmetrical and to DA is not. using EF UCAs on a DA will increase caster

So you've had the skunk2 uca's on your car? My question is yes, they are shorter than the stock uca's, but they have a +/- 3 degrees adjustment on the balljoint. So, if you slide the balljoint all the way to +3 degrees, do they still come up short with negative camber on the car?

Sorry to bring this old thread back but I used the search button first before starting a new thread. Well my question is the same as the one before me if I use skunk 2 EF control arms will my camber go back to stock or will it still be off. I am lowered on koni yellows and nuespeed race so like 2.5" low and I want to fix my camber. From what I read the adjustable ball joint kits hit the fenderwell so I want to see if the SK2 UCA will work for me. I am running 17" wheels with 205 40 17

You'll still have negative camber even with the balljoints pushed all the way out.

Yeah but I am wondering how much negative camber I would have, will it be an improvement of the negative camber I already have?

my camber got worse. i had it at -4.5 on drivers side and -3.6 on passenger side. if you see the pics you can tell by the upper control arm being pushing out and pushing in.

isnt there a difference between the EF civic ones compared to the DA integra ones?

if you are low enough to hit your upper control arms on the fender well at all with 0 degree camber then there is no option to correct it with out having more negative camber

basically it is either deal with banging, raise it up,deal with negative camber, or remove the metal where it hits
