    pretty sure you dont have to be the original owner for the koni warranty how would they know your not the original owner. and yes thats a good deal. pretty sure just the struts run around 400$ and then those springs are like close too 200$ i think. those are the best struts for our cars.

        PASSENGER CAR, LIGHT TRUCK, MOTORHOME & MOTORCYCLE
        KONI Inc. warrants all new KONI shock absorbers (purchased after 5/1/80) and suspension kits (purchased after 1995) to the original retail purchaser against defects in material and workmanship, excluding mounting rubbers, washers and bushings, when used under normal operating conditions for as long as such purchaser owns the vehicle on which the KONI shock absorbers were originally installed. This warranty does not apply to, and KONI makes no warranty for, shock absorbers and suspension kits that have been modified or installed;

        Improperly;
        • As original equipment on any vehicle except Ford Mustang SVO;

        • On any vehicle that has been modified for a use other than or in addition to its originally intended use;

        • For an application that is not specified in the KONI literature;

        • On any vehicle that has been used off-road, for racing or for any other driving competition.

            its a " as is , deal ". still not a bad price for the set up yo . don't let the worry pass up the deal . like all things used , you take a chance unless proven otherwise. Koni is a good brand of suspension parts though , if it has never left the garage ..things to consider, does the car in the garage have a motor in it ? all springs will settle ..i have never put trust into used springs never . that's just me though . It does sound like a great deal, but be buyer aware..

            A man that keeps looking back can't see whats in front of him.

              I would say jump on it.....you should be able to simply look at them and tell if they have any road time on them, if they are new and never driven on then the most they should have is some dust and finger prints!
