    Ground Control Spring Rates?

I have 2 sets of GC coilovers in my possession right now and I'm trying to figure out which would be the best spring rate for just a street setup, I may autoX in the future but thats not in the works as of yet.

So what rates F/R would be good for street and for AutoX?

I currently have on my car 380F and 280R

But the spare set of GC coilovers I have are 315F and 250R

Out of those 4 what, for now, would be good for street use?

Oh and I do have KYB AGX adjustable shocks I can go 4 levels in front and 8 in back

idk i found a set and they were like that, the current ones on my car are the ones I bought online...I think they comes stock w/ the stiffer rates. You can custom order spring rates from ground control too
