    Weird knock

So I just recently lowered my car about 2-3 inches on some FnF Type 1's and I noticed that on my left-front wheel, every time I brake or go over a bump, driveway. I can hear like a weird knock. It sounds like something is loose or maybe going bad, but it's only coming from my left wheel area. Maybe something is hitting something? I know it's a vague description but any idea of what parts I should inspect would help, as this makes me feel super unsafe at times.

Thanks for the reply, how would I know if they need to be replaced?

To better diagnose your problem, you can put that side of the car on a jack stand. Take your wheel off. Then use your jack to raise the suspension under the lower control arm. This will give you better idea where the noise is coming from.

You'll need to check for any other number of possible worn out bushings that can cause the knocking.

Or, It could just be the upper control arm lip hitting the inner fender (see pic). You'll just need to hammer the inner fender and/or grind down some of the lip down a little bit.
