Function and Form coilover spring measurements

I have a request for measurements if anyone is able. I have Function and Form Type 1 coilovers on my car and they're much too stiff for me. I'm going to try some softer springs specifically made for coilovers from either AFCO or Eibach but I need the dimensions of the coils first. My main concern is the front coils for now. Can someone who does not have the coilovers installed get these measurements, please?

Spring height - This can be within +/- .5 inch. The heights available are usually in 1 or 2 inch increments so don't get this measurement down to any decimal places.

Spring I.D. and O.D. - Most manufacturers want the I.D. but just in case.

Once I order the coils it will still be a while before I install them because of what's being done to the rest of the car at the moment but I hope to include something about the modification in my member's ride thread later on.

If anyone's wondering, I don't have the car with me now so it's not a matter of me being lazy in not taking measurements. I physically can't right now.
My Members' Ride Thread - It's a marathon build, not a sprint. But keep me honest on the update frequency!

Call F&F directly and they should be able to tell you. I believe they are a standard 2.25" spring.
There are no black and white suspension answers!!!!!!!!!!!
