    Loose steering problem

91 accord h22 swapped p5m power steering pump. Konica yellow, ground control coil overs. Recent alignment like 4 months.
Recently I have started to have a problem with steering
    1. Seems to steer like a manual when first turning.
    2. Doesn't seem to have the normal turning radius
    3. On the interstate I seem to have a dead spot from 9 to 3. If I turn left wheel doesn't return to 12 o'clock more like 9. Same thing when turning right stays around 3.
Tie rods seems intact no busted boots. No movement on the wheels when jacked up.

I'm thinking this may be a bad pump or rack. Not sure how to differentiate those two without just guessing and replacing one

    Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Thanks

What type of fluid did you use in the PS system? Could be a combination of both if you used regular PS fluid and not Honda's special PS fluid

Used Honda Fluid. No leaks or anything either

I got home and looked under it again and the bolts holding the rack on had backed out. Tightened up and back to normal.

The all the way hanging in the power steering lines. And one was just about out.
Put some blue loctite on it. I may go this weekend and get a lock washer to put on it not sure how ambitious I will feel. I have to install bilsteins in my Sierra it's occupied much of my time lately.
Battery big 3 new alternator front shock now rear. Got the energy bushings just haven't put them on and the transmission cooler.
The accord has always been super reliable and never needed much

It's been my daily driver since 1999 and has missed very few days
