if u wanted to lower it and have smooth ride all at once....unless u pay big bucks than not gonna happen. if u r really concerned about ride quality i would go with some kyb agx's or some type of koni's. when u drop your car, especially with coilovers, even with good struts the car will be bumpier than stock...what i say is "little bumpy is a small price to pay for being low" mine is dropped 4.?inches on kyb gr2's and the ride is actually pretty decent. lower car=rougher ride, guess all i can say is get used to it but def go with agx or koni struts.

if u want a smooth ride then drop spring is the way to go. otherwise ground control coilovers. they all have soft spring rates. teins dampers can get pretty close to stock ride on the lowest damping. well it felt like it in my friend integra. i dunno about other dampers. i think D2s with soft custom spring rates could get comfortable... something like 7k front and 5 rear.

Go with full shock-body coilovers for the best ride. You gotta pay to play.
