haha.
welcome to the wonderful world of Notorious Honda LCA bolts.
i broke 2 bolts on my friends cars and had to have them drilled out (couldn't press 'em out worth a doo doo).
I just did my accord and the first thing you should do is slap some PB buster or anything to help. let it sit. Then get get a breaker bar / ratchet + pipe and Tighten the bolt (yes, tighten). What this does is help break the "frozeness." then loosen the bolt using a lot of manpower while at the same time trying not to round off the head of the bolt. That's about it.
Once you get it going it'll be kinda tough to turn the bolt but it'll come through. Then get hammer the tip of the bolt out and then get a screwdriver to finish pushing the bolt thru the lca & shock.
A general question to all, would heat work in gettin the bolt out - like using a torch?
edit didn't cpmike have a DIY bushing removal and installation. if that's what you're looking for i believe it's in the DIY section. it was a pretty raw method, but worked

i'm not even sure if i know what the lower control arm bushing is, are you talking about where a camber kit would go?
anyways, as Lester said use a lot of PB blaster (costs kind of expensive, but works very very well), and then as lester said get a break bar or something and try that or try to use something push it out. One of the things that helped me were anti-strip ratchet pieces that we hammered on and we could ratchet/breaker bar off.
in response to the heat question, in my case it helped out a lot. it was about 10 degrees out when were trying to get the bottom bolt out for the suspension (the one that tightens the area around the lower part of the strut) so when we blasted it with heat the whole area kind of expanded, which helped us eventually remove the bolt.Audi A4 2.8 Quattro Sport

Im playing with that same problem right now only mine is in the back. I've successfully cut off the nut thats welded to the strut and removed the strut but now Im stuck with a seized bolt going thru the bushing. Im trying to figure out to remove the old bushing and replace with a new one now. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Presumably you took care of this by now. Thought I'd contribute anyway in case someone was searching.Originally posted by Conspiracy... but now Im stuck with a seized bolt going thru the bushing. On mine I took off the knuckle since that's not too hard. Left the upper control arm attached since I didn't have a tool to safely remove it and didn't want to damage that ball joint. Again, this was on the rear like yours Conspiracy.
Took the knuckle and put it on a bench vise and drilled out the bushing. Destroyed the rubber little by little and finally picked at the bushing outer part until it collapsed. PITA.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
