GC Spring Rate

Just wondering what spring rates people got with their GC Sleeves. No one really mentions their rates in the "what suspension do you have" thread.

So did most of you just get the stock one? I have Koni Yellows. Can anyone recommend a rate. Something that is a bit of a comprimise between ride and handling? Probably a little more on the stiff side because it will be pretty low.

You can ask gc to give you advice...just tell them what you told us...when you call them you aren't talking to some random secratary...you're talking to the people who know their shit...although most likely they will say their stock rates should be fine.

Are you planning on bringing your car to a track or autox?
