    Eibach SV4 Springs on a SM4..

    Hey guys,

    I'm new here and I need some help. I was offered a set of Eibach Pro-Kit springs...for a SV4 (5th gen accord)..

    I drive a SM4 though..(4dr 91' ex carb) and I have heard people using SV4 springs with no problems on a SM4..

Has anyone tried this or has any knowledge about this? Need to know ASAP as need to inform the seller soon..

    thanks...

SOME aftermarket springs are produced a little differently between the 4th and 5th gens, like a slightly different spring rate or something... but im almost positive the prokit isnt.

but its a general rule that 99% of the suspension components will be interchangeable between 4th and 5th gens, including the pro-kit- which is usually sold as "90-97." so yeah itll be perfect.

    and welcome to cb7tuner!!

Excellent.. I'll be looking forward to having them installed next week

Does anybody here run on a carb setup? I know US smog laws should effectively kill carbs.. but, would like to know anyways.. the carb is a bitch to tune. Running a little rich now and have never got the mixture perfect...a tad leaner would be nice.

      Thanks cpmike!
