quick hub/knuckle question

on the rear of the hub assebmly (if youre facing the rotor) there are those 10mm 12 point bolts

one side ofmy car, which i just discovered, doesnt have them


i was wondering what the purpose of those thigns were and what the consequences of riding without them are?

thanks, i cant seem to find my haynes manual right now

i know they hold the hub onto the knuckle..my only quesiton is what happens when with them missing??

i mean the axle nut would snuggly hjold it against the nuickle, but not having those bolts could NOT be good

well, you can replace one bolt easily enough, right?

well all four are missing on one side.

so im gonna get them and put them on.


ive looked at all rotor diys and it seems pretty easy.

just get enough room to get in behind all the susp parts and put them in

im just baffled as to why they are gone. the suspension has been untouched before me for all 14 years
