    Lower Control Arm?

So my back wheels are seized and can not be aligned properly. They are both tilted in at 1 degree each. Someone told me my frame is bent. Honda dealer told me replace lower control arm and everything will be good...

I know little about that kind of stuff.. Does that sound like it might fix if replaced?

I doubt the frame is the problem, especially since both sides are the same. So what exactully is seized?

Our cars are unibody, therefore we don't have frames.
Don't have your work done with the "someone" who told you the frame was bent.
