If you are looking for some good coilovers in that price range (about 700 bucks shipped), I would recommend the TOKICO Illumina R or the TEIN Basics.

Megan is equivalent to the Apexi unit and Omnis are alright for a harsher ride. But its all up to your preferences and what you plan to do with it.
