If I have new rims (different size) and different tires on my car do I have to get it realigned? I had it aligned last year on my old rims, so I'm guessing I should probably get another one with the new one's?

yes you will but it depends on what old wheels you are talking about. if you went from a 15x7 to a 17x7.5 then yes. then if you went from a 17x7.5 to the same size then no but if you changed tire size then yes.
