    Toe arm Bolt Stuck

Im replacing my rear toe arm with megan racing ones but the bolt is stuck. I guess this is the bolt that is actualy used to do adjustments. I got the nut off the bolt but the bolt wont budge.

I can move the bolt around but it seems like its locked into the other side. im washing it with PB blaster every 10 mins but its not moving. Any Ideas anyone?

yep, happened to both sides to me too.

its not a normal bolt with those line/slits along the side of the bolt, its thicker and solid and comes flush with the shape of the bushing... so its the first to go

good job on getting them out, at least u didnt need to save the control arms

Lol, yeh they might as well have been one soild peice conected to the Bolt. here was my solution

We just took a oxy-sedalene torch to it, ground and then repainted the crossmember lol.

SO if anyone else is doing rear toe adjust and there adjuster is rusted or ceazed. Here was my steps.

Remove long bolt holding lower control arms (single long bolt). Remove rear cross member (4 bolts). Cut out upper bushing/bolt on cross member (dealers choice on how to do this). and reassymble.

A side note. It looks like these megan toe adjust control arm just bearly gets to 0 degrees( if that) might even be alittle positive so if your planning on going for a toe in this might not be the part unless your modify the cross member alittle.

            Good luck

            And Thnx 2 Mike

Would both arms allow you to get a wider range of adjustability? because i know that it seemed odd that both front and rear lower bars come adjustable.

I dont know, The rear rear lower control does not (stock) have any adjustments on it. I assume that if you go with the pair from megan it could be a wider adjustment but realy, when racing there isnt much reason to go toe in. Its got a huge toe out adjustablility... If both where pushed out all you would do is widen the rear end and cause rubbing. Just wouldnt do much I supose.
