    brake conversion for a 91 non-abs

    if i do a disc conversion on a 91 would a abs conversion make that huge of a difference, and would it be worth it

    imo no. i think the rear disc conversion is enough.

      ABS would be a HUGE hassle. You'd have to buy pretty much new everything (prop valve, MC, booster). Not to mention the sensors and wires you'd have to run. It's not worth it at ALL!

        to reiterate, installing ABS is NOT worth the hassle at all! the rear disc conv is a pretty good mod in itself. just get a good set of pads and brake lines.

          it might not be 'worth' it, but next time you're driving down the road and you lose traction due to rain or snow and slide into another car becuase you couldn't pump your breaks fast enough, maybe you'll wish you had them...
