Refinish Rotors Cost? etc.

hey i'm thinking about getting my rotors Refinished/resurfaced, approximately how much does yer average shop charge... and also can they do it without actually removing the rotors?

that have to remove the rotors because they put it on a lathe.

i think the cost would be around 10-20 bucks each.
