OEM accord 15 inch wheels will clear an 11 inch brake upgrade. So yes it will work fine.

Yes, prelude blades came on prelude vtecs with the calipers you want to use.

Prelude VTEC rotors or Accord wagon.

NSX calipers will also clear 15in wheels.

Yes it looks like it rubs, but in reality I have MM of space... its a very close fit but still works.
