lookin at nabbin some different 17's. they are 38+ 4 x 114.3

is this offset acceptable? or is it gonna be weird or something.

i think the ones i have now are 40+

Depending on the tire size, you might have rubbing issues. If that's the case, a little fender rolling might do the magic. What size tire will you be running?
