i was just about to post a thread almost identical to this lol
So i figure i wont clutter the Tires section.
hope ya dont mind if i thread jack a bit...

Mine are 17x7 and i currently have 215/40r17 and i wanna go 225/45r17 with 5mm spacers

think ill have much rubbing? i already plan on trimming, if not removing, the fender liners up front, and trying to roll the inner fenders slightly..

Ive done a bit of measuring and it looks like with the spacers up front ill have a near perfect flush fit and the wider tires will make the back pretty damn close to flush as possible with these rims

      Any input is greatly appreciated

i am running 225/45r17 on 17x8 +45 wheel and lowered on tokico blues and eibach sportlines. I get a little rub on the rear tires from the fender. so i am gonna switch to 235/40's and hopefully have no rub issues.
