new tire/stock rim - what size tire?

quick question guys. im in the market for new tires for my stock EX rims. and i never really got a straight answer looking in the search

but what size tire should i go for? i was thinking 205-55-15? a step wider and a step smaller in height. give me some input so i can order some tires soon. hopefully i can get this wider so i can really test out my suspension. 3 different types of tires screwed me!!

i would go 205/50, but thats just me... 50 is just right, anything more and its a little too meaty.
