Its been done. Search.

You basically need the motor, tranny ECU and TCU (if your going auto) and driverside motor mount. Its a bolt in affair, and you need to switch 2 pins on the ECU harness and wire in the VTEC solinoid (i cant spell,) there are 2 wires.
