    Sensor Length Questions

Alright, so my mechanic that is doing my swap deals mostly with domestics. To make this swap easier on him (and my checkbook) he wanted me to compile exactly everything that needs to be added to/lengthned in the wiring harness. I know what needs to be added (VTEC, IAB and Knock Sensor,) but I cant find any specifics on what needs to be lengthened. Help me out folks!

Also, dose anybody know what thread that Mike posted that H22 swapped vacuum diagram? I cant find it.

wire the knock sensor into the loom b4 the motor goes in, everything else is done accordingly aftwards, inluding lenghthening the o2 sensor.its self explanatory man.is ur car an lx or an ex. ask mike about changing the o2 sensor from an lx to ex style.never delt with a non EX swap.good luck hope i could be of service.
Finally Up and Running. Numbers to Follow. Check my MR

Hey scott, get a o2 sensor plug in(you might have a spare from the h22 wiring harness) it has 4 wires plug all your wires into it and mount it by the strut. and also

Why dont you just take a pic of your vacuum diagram, and then just hook up everything accordingly? print the pic out and just write down what number line goes into what spot.

The only thing that needs to be lenthend is the oil pressure sensor. Just cut the one off the prelude harness and use it to make the one on the Accord Harness longer.

If you want to make the Prelude's injector wiring cover fit nicely you'll have to extend those wires aswell. If not just resuse the F22's and you'll be ok.

The O2 sensor wiring does not need to be lentgned. If you just cut the factory loom open you can pull and move the sensors wiring to the appropriate lenth. Then loom and tape it back up.

Most of my harness making is basicly dismantaling the entire stock harness, relocating sensors, and if something needs to be shortened or lenthened I solder and heatshrink. Then I have various size looms that I use to reloom and tape the harness up. Makes it look very OE.
