How do you tell if an h22 tranny is LSD if the sticker isn't there?

anybody know? I tried searching the forums but got nothing.

Try turning the input shaft, the 2 outputs should spin in the same direction regardless. And w/ an LSD, you'll be able to look directly through the 2 outputs, open diff, you can't; There will be a cross-shaft:

1) You can look through the differential. If you can see all the way through it with no obstructions, it is an LSD tranny.

2) You can raise the front end, and rotate the wheels. If they both rotate the same way, it is LSD. If they rotate in opposite directions, it is open.
