    h23 block h22 head $400

    so my friend knows someone who is selling an h23 block and an h22 head for 400 already assembled, is this worth my time?

    As long as it has H22 pistons and not H23.

      Do you plan on using it for a build, or to swap in? A lot of those h23 v-tec motors are just slapped together and half-ass'd.

            I love my h23 vtec!! I think it is worth it...but maybe I am biased. I am not quite sure how you can build one half ass. There isn't any modification that needs to be done other than taking the plug out of the oil control orifice.
