P28 ECU w/ H22A Base Map Help.

Ok, so is it true that the P28 ecu won't look for the Knock and IAB sensor?? a prelude guy told me that, the JDM H22A engine will run fine without it if i'm running a p28 chipped w/ h22a base map, is it true?? Will lose power if I didn't hook up the IAB sensor for the butterfly??

Life would be much easier if I didn't have to add those two wires to the ecu.

i disabled my knock sensor and removed my butterflies when i got my p28 chipped and mine runs fine w/o no problems

It will run fine, But if you really insisit on using the IAB's and knock sensor get a P72 ecu. It has the knock board and the IAB control from the factory. You will have to get it chipped also.
