i think on the interior the harness is much different comparing auto - 5spd (visaversa) considering the clutch sensor on the 5 speed and the neutral safety on the auto. these can of course be spliced but if ur like myself you would prefer to just swap oem.

the engine portion i could only see a difference in the f22a6 models with the extra components with the butterflys. of course the automatic harnesses would have the extra plugs for the solinoids for the AT.

other differences in models such as dx - ex on the interior should be the same from auto-auto and 5spd-5spd

the engine differences between models should be only in the f22a6 and this is comparing auto-auto and 5spd - 5spd

i could be missing a few things but i do kno these are the major differences comparing models and auto to 5spd harnesses interior and the ebay

ok yea its just the engine part and that's all i could think of being different, which wont be that bad ill just depin those wires so it will be just like a MT engine harness, and yea theirs a lot more wiring in the auto then manual lol, well mabye not alot but if you go by wire count 10-20 more wires
