who is running h22 with f22 tranny then swap to h22 tranny or is still using f tranny

I like the M2F4.

I started off with an H tranny, then switched to the F tranny. If you're looking for straight accelleration, the H tranny is the way to go, but I didn't like cruisiing at 4000 RPM at about 70MPH. THe F tranny is much better for freeway cruising (and the top end isn't bad either). But I went all out and got an LSD equipped GearSpeed tranny (H2U5 with 4.7 final drive and Quaiffe LSD). Not the cheap way to go, but I'm VERY happy with it. I also got a 2-3 MPG increase with the F trans over the H trans.

I just bought a Gear speed trans. H2U5 with a 4.226 final drive, carbon synchros and a Mfactory LSD I cant wait till i get, so i can rip the pavement up and see what the buss is about!

I like the M2F4.

Yuppp that was my first choice, but I couldn't find any M2F4 locally so I settled for my M2A4..I like M2F4 'coz of the shorter 4th and 5th...not to mention it's USDM, and you can install aftermarket LSD on it..I'm not too sure if you can install aftermarket LSD on M2A4, since it's 'JDM' and most LSDs say that they only work on USDM housings?

M2F4 + 4.6 FD + Quaife LSD....Droolz!

Wouldnt a 4.6FD be too short? Im in the process of comepleting my build and set up. I will be boostingmy car, and i cant seem to make up my mind on which trans! I choose to go with the H2U5 and a prelude 4.2 FD do you guys think this is good or should with a smaller final drive!

whats the trans they say has the 1-3 gears like an H but the final 4-5 of like an F?
