Which is a better IM

im doing the f20a dohc from my f22a6 sohc, the 22 has the dual butterfly in it and the f20a doesnt ((found out that id does... but it had been taken out before i got it, not to mention no other gaskets on the IM at all...lol)), should i use the 22s IM or just stick with the standard one on the 20... I searched and couldnt find an answer... i know either or will work, im just woundering which would be a better fit for more performance.
