i have a 95 p28 ecu it has a chip in it im nopt 100% sure what its for any help on how to tell and what eles do i need to get the ecu to run a jdm h22a

it is a chipped P28? if it is, then all you need is to have somebody burn you an H22 map onto a chip and then send the chip to you. Plug in it and you are ready to go.
